This ain’t your discount supermarket sirloin. This is Prime grade, local source Ontario beef dry-aged for a minimum of 6 weeks, bringing on flavour and tenderness that this time-honored technique can only achieve.
We prepare these steaks thick to give you options for cooking. Cook it using a conventional style, sous vide, or the reverse sear technique. Accompany this steak with a hearty wine, flavourful beer, or the beverage of your choice. We are happy to assist if you need some tips on preparing. This item can also be had as a roast.
